After a pretty long paddle we found a little private beach and set up camp for the afternoon
Freund family canoe, notice our "adventure" hats as James calls them... we were definitely on an adventure. Max actually did better than I expected, we had a little trouble finding the entrance through the mangroves on our way back and he started getting a little impatient, but overall he did great. James loved it and was helping Jim paddle and steer in the stern. He kept wanting to race the Lewis', he's really into competing these days.

After church on Easter we headed to Emerson Pointe with Aunt Allyson, Uncle Todd and Nathan. The girls got to go to Marathon for the end of Spring Break to spend some time with Nana and D-Daddy so we had a kayak/canoe trip with the boys.
