James Luau Birthday

James and Daddy posing with the bird Jim carved out of a pineapple, is there anything he CAN'T do?!

Devin and James enjoying James' new drum set, thank you Gg and Popster. It was a huge hit, the kids loved taking turns on those drums, what an awesome gift!

James Luau Birthday

Max was in full Luau mode!

Although the Daddys were pretty good (ha!), Sarah was hands down the limbo champ!

The kids LOVED the volcano cake!

Pirates Game

James' buddy Devins birthday is only two days after James' and he invited us all to a baseball game to celebrate!

Pirates Game

Gracie and the Parrot

Mr.Trevor was able to get the boys some premo seats, they had a ball, giving high fives and cheering.

After the game the kids got to run the bases, Nathan was sooooo excited, he kicked his shoes off and ran as fast as he could, Max even got to go around but kept getting distracted along the way..... luckily Daddy went with him to help.

Family bike ride at Emerson Pointe

Sunday morning the weather was so beautiful we decided to go for a family bicycle ride at Emerson Pointe, it was so much fun and the boys loved it. Check out "Chips" below....

In the center of this picture if you look close, you can see our little screech owl. He's been hanging around the past few months, he loves hiding in our big oak trees.

Happy St.Pattys Day!

Thank you Aunt Cheryl for the goodies you sent, the boys LOVE the shamrock antennas!

I haven't posted James' drawings lately, but this one I HAD to. Its a "scuba man". Check out his goggles, fins and snorkle!
James is learning so fast, he knows pretty much all of his letters and can count all the way to 30 now, although he sometimes leaves out #16..... He was even adding the other day, he said "one plus one is two, two plus two is four, right mommy?" That blew me away! Its so fun to watch him learn, hes a smart little cookie!

Gracie taking the boys on a ride in the backyard

Kitchen progress

The kitchen is coming right along, we got butcher block countertops that Jim custom fit and varnished, they look fantastic!! We also exposed the old chimney bricks from the original pot- bellied stove that was once in the living room. Just ceilings, walls and floors to go, should be done in no time........ha!

Quality brother time

The boys in the "nest" that they made

Trip to Ft Myers

Nana and D-Daddy are taking their boat to Marathon (trying to anyway if the weather would cooperate....), luckily for us they were "stuck" in Ft.Myers beach for a few weeks. We made a trip down to visit and had a great time, what a fun area!
This is at Doc Fords Bar and Grille, we arrived by dinghy after spending an afternoon enjoying the beach.
( Notice grumpy grouch not wanting his picture made......)
Nana and Max on his first dinghy ride. He was really taking it all in, he sat so still, which is not very common for Max!
