House

We love our new side/back yard! The kids have tons of room to play and we finally have a spot for a garden, yay!

Jim and I worked on the brick walkway this weekend, looking great. We salvaged the bricks from the old chimney in the kitchen upstairs.

We are really happy with the way the siding turned out, what a difference! Its really coming along, now for the fun stuff like landscaping....

Rowlett Skate party

The kids had a chance to go skating with their school on Wed afternoon, when I came to pick them up I was having flashbacks to my childhood, it was awesome. They were even playing "Thriller" and "Ghostbusters"!! It was the first time James has ever skated, he did pretty darn good. Gracie stayed right with him, what a great cousin!

They announced they were going to have a race and anyone who wanted to participate should line up, Nate skated right over and got in line. He is so funny! This video is fantastic, his style is like running on skates. He is the one in the navy shirt...... enjoy!

Halloween

The Goobys invited us over on Halloween for a party and trick or treating, wow what a good time! It was ridiculously fun.

As you can see the adults were having as much fun as the kids (maybe more....) I love this picture!

Halloween

Robot w/serious robot face and batman w/not so serious face...
Yes, that is batman riding a pink yard flamingo, why?

Max in the garden, our tomatos are doing great, almost ready to harvest!

Carving pumpkins, unfortunately James' pumpkin was rotten, thats Florida for you....

Robot costume

James decided he wanted to be a robot for Halloween this year and he wanted Daddy to help him make his costume, the apple doesn't fall far from the tree..... they did such a great job!

Gracie and Nathans Birthday

Gracie and Nathan had a double party this year at the beach, unfortunately it was rainy and cold that morning, but it turned out to be a beautiful day!

Trunk or Treat at McKecknie Field

Batman, Policeman, Cpt. America and Rapunzel

Hayride around the baseball field

We went to the Trunk or Treat at the baseball field with the Goobys, what a great time, the kids got a ton of candy and even got to go on a hayride around the field, such fun!

Pumpkin Patch

Scary Goblins!
James of course wanted the biggest one he could find..... we decided he had to be able to carry it to get it.

Max picked the "Charlie Brown Christmas Tree" of pumpkins, an ugly green one, he loved it!

Such a tough decision......

Emerson Claire

Allyson and I flew to Tennessee for the weekend, just to spoil Emerson and Will. Mission accomplished.

Lucky for us Emerson was born in our favorite

TN season, Fall.
We went to a little Fall Festival below Lookout Mtn, even got lost in a corn maze, thanks Eston.......ha! The weather was perfect, it was so great to be able to spend some one on one time with Will, he is getting so big and is all about Superman, Spiderman and Batman. I miss him so much!

Church Fall Camping Retreat

Sack race, Jim was getting his workout helping Max in this one...
The kids LOVE this campground, they caught shrimp, crabs and fish all day.

The big boys had a good time too!

Checking out the catch of the day, Max thought the fish were hillarious.

First Day of School

James is so excited to start Kindergarten at Rowlett, his teacher is Mrs. Williams, he and Nathan are in the same class!
